It’s a huge concern for parents and students — bullying.
Ohio has an anti-bullying law and schools are required to keep track of bullying incidents and report them, but these cases seem to continue with frequency.
“Every child deserves a safe learning environment, free of violence and cruelty,” says ACLU Ohio Legal Director James Hardiman.
More parents are saying enough is enough.
“Parents need to step up, this has to stop,” says Jody Jones, who has a daughter at Douglas MacArthur who he says was bullied.
