With the premiere of their reality series just days away, gospel duo Mary Mary has announced that Tina Campbell is pregnant with child number five.
The gospel singer admits the baby news came as a surprise to her and her husband Teddy – because they weren’t trying to expand their family.
“I was not ever trying to be pregnant,” she said today on The Wendy Williams Show. “My last baby was my last baby in my head and in my husband’s head… and then I got to be in Mary Mary (on tour) and… then I went home and I celebrated being home and now I’m pregnant!”
Tina is due to give birth this summer and the little one will already have a playmate close in age – her sister and bandmate Erica became a mom for the third time to daughter Zaya in January.
The duo’s show “Mary Mary” premieres Thursday (March 29) at 10 p.m. on WeTV.
