The President got some swag! In the video below, Obama recalls how his first date with his future wife was lunch at the Art Institute of Chicago.
The couple then went for a leisurely stroll, before ending the date with a trip to the movies to see Spike Lee’s Do The Right Thing.
“It was a cool date, we spent the whole day together, he was showing me all facets of his character. We went to the Art Institute,” Mrs. Obama recalls.
Obama then points at the camera and says: “Art – guys out there, it impresses people.” The couple then “took a nice long walk down Michigan Avenue,” according to the first lady. Obama, again addressing male viewers, adds with a smile: “Romantic”
