Two workers were injured while working on scaffolding at the federal building in downtown Cleveland when the storm hit Thursday night.
The workers were doing construction on the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building on East Ninth and Lakeside Avenue.
Seven stories up, the scaffolding platform started swaying with the high winds and crashed scaffolding on the second floor. The men were forced to break the windows to get to safety.
Both men were taken to MetroHealth Center Health. Their conditions are not known at this time.
