Joshua Rogers is having a great year so far. Fresh off of his season 5 win of the hit singing competition show BET Sunday Best, Joshua’s debut EP is getting a lot of love.
“Well Done” debuted at #1 in December and continues to be received well. Joshua has kept up a busy performance schedule and recently will be featured in the January 28th JET Magazine as one of the magazine’s hottest performers in gospel music. Senior Editor, S. Tia Brown heralds Rogers as “gospel’s next teen sensation.”
I must say I have slept on “young buck’s” “Well Done”album, but a quick previewed listen on iTunes quickly reminded me of why he won and captivated so many! The dude can sang!! I’m still a little standoffish about what his own sound is going to be.
