Bishop T.D. Jakes is popping up everywhere these days sharing the message of the gospel and helping others maximize their lives. This morning, the mega pastor’s New York Times bestselling book, “Let It Go,” was featured on the “CBS This Morning Reads” segment ahead of his live appearance.

“Forgiveness is a big idea and it works best when it is invested into people who have the courage to grasp the seven-foot-high idea of what’s best for their future rather than the four-foot-high idea of recompense for what has happened in their past,” Jakes writes in “Let It Go.”
The spiritual truth he explores in the book concerns forgiveness and why it is important for those on the receiving end of wrongful behavior as well as those who commit acts of wrongdoing.
T.D. Jakes will join “CBS This Morning” on Monday, January 28, 2013 for a discussion with Charlie Rose, Gayle King, and Norah O’Donnell, on conflict resolution and learning to incorporate forgiveness into daily life.
