Police closed Seymour Avenue to traffic Tuesday afternoon. Crews spent the day cleaning out the home of Ariel Castro because it is scheduled to be demolished Wednesday morning.

People walked up and down the street all day and night Tuesday stopping to look and take pictures of the house where Castro held three women Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and  Michelle Knight captive for more than a decade. Workers tossed exercise equipment, clothes and household items into a blue dumpster outside of the two story,

Jon Anderson has lived on Cleveland’s near west side for 25 years. He was one of the dozens who stopped outside of 2207 Seymour Avenue on Tuesday.
