One North Dakota woman’s home is one children will be avoiding on Halloween because not only is she limiting the amount of candy she’s giving out; she’s handing out letters to the parents of overweight children to complain about their weight.

The woman who is going by just “Cheryl” explained to a local radio station, “I am just hoping the parents are going to read [the letter] and think about it while they watch their kids get into bigger and bigger sizes of clothes.”

Part of the letter will read: “Your child is, in my opinion, moderately obese and should not be consuming sugar and treats to the extent of some children this Halloween season.”

Adding, “My hope is that you will step up as a parent and ration candy this Halloween and not allow your child to continue these unhealthy eating habits.”

Do you think it’s appropriate for the woman to comment on another person’s child?
