First Lady Michelle Obama will stop by BET’s “106 & Park” on Tuesday, Nov. 19, to discuss the importance of education.
FLOTUS will share her personal story of the pivotal role education played in her life, according to BET. She’ll also talk about the President’s “North Star” Goal, which aims to see America reclaim its position as the nation with the highest proportion of college graduates in the world by 2020.
The “106” audience will include local New York City high school and college students, while show co-hostsBow Wow and Keshia Chanté will be on hand to interview Mrs. Obama alongside discussion moderatorJeff Johnson.
The special one hour episode with Michelle Obama begins at 6 p.m.
