The winter storm hitting Northeast Ohio could make for a rough morning commute.

Road crews said they are prepared to keep the highways and streets clear.

The City of Cleveland has 50 snow plows and 12 road graders out on the main streets.

A decision on whether any city offices will be closed or have a delayed start time will come early Wednesday morning.

26 traffic control officers and police officers will be stationed at key locations to help keep traffic moving.

A snow emergency parking ban is in effect in Cleveland. That means drivers cannot park on designated streets, marked with red and white snow route signs.
