If your child needs dental care like a cleaning or a filling and you can’t afford it, there’s help this Friday.
Each year in February, dentists across the country provide free oral health care services to thousands of low-income children.
It’s called Give Kids A Smile Day. This year, it’s Friday, Feb. 7.
The program isn’t for families who have dental insurance it’s for families who are low-income and can’t afford dental care.
So how do you get an appointment?
Go to the American Dental Association’s website and search for your state to find a list of dentists who are participating. In Northeast Ohio, Akron and Cleveland both have centers.
