The Cavaliers won their 33rd game of the year to close out the campaign, 114-85, over the visiting Brooklyn Nets.

Brooklyn was resting its starters as the playoffs start soon. The Cavs were without Luol Deng and Anderson Varejao, who did not play.

Cleveland jumped out to a 33-21 lead after a torrid first quarter enroute to the win.

A much cooler second quarter meant the home team just held a 2-point lead at the half.

Cleveland took command in the third quarter and was able to coast the rest of the way.

Tyler Zeller led the way with 22 points, while Dion Waiters chipped in with 19. Kyrie Irving scored 15. The Cavs shot 52% from the field.

Cleveland missed the playoffs for the fourth season in a row.
