Family and friends return to Clement Ave where 12-year-old Davia Garth was remembered during a vigil Sunday night.
Garth was shot and killed by her stepfather Rufus Gray Thursday night during a domestic dispute between her mother and Gray, police say.
Rufus Gray, 59, was arraigned Saturday morning in Cleveland Municipal Court on charges of aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder and two counts of felonious assault. Gray is locked up in jail on a $5 million bond for the shooting death of Garth.
