In addition to family, food and football, add a free trip to Cleveland Metroparks Zoo to your holiday traditions.

As a way of saying thanks to the community for another great year of support, admission to the zoo and RainForest is free for everyone on Thursday, Nov. 27. So no matter how big your holiday herd is, it’s easy to bring everyone to the zoo for a visit.

The zoo will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving and visitors can watch the animals enjoy special holiday treats during enrichment demonstrations throughout the day. Start the day with a visit to The RainForest to see the Zoo’s newest additions: two adorable baby Francois’ langur monkeys.

Don’t forget to stop by and see how much the baby giraffes have grown since last summer. Then warm up by the fire in the Wolf Wilderness Lodge while you watch the zoo’s pack of wolves.
