Cleveland: RTA Route Cuts Take Effect
RTA spokesman, Jerry Masek said the sputtering economy forced the cuts. Masek said that RTA relies on one percent of Cuyahoga County’s sales tax for most of their money.
“And that is underperforming to the tune of $17 million this year,” Masek said.
