Police have arrested two suspects after three people were shot in downtown Cleveland near Public Square and the Warehouse District early Friday morning, according to Cleveland police.

The shooting happened at about 2:30 a.m., just as the bars and night clubs closed early Friday morning.

Witnesses told NewsChannel5 that the altercation started inside Club Allure, 75 Public Sq., and then spilled out into the street. Two people were found with gunshot wounds near Allure and John Q’s on West Third Street and Frankfurt Street, and a third victim was found outside XO Prime Steakhouse on West Sixth Street and St. Clair Avenue.

Police arrested two suspects at the scene, a man and woman, both 25 years old, according to a release from the department. They are facing felonious assault charges.

All three victims were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, and their conditions are unknown at this time.
