A national egg recall appartntly hasn’t hurt consumers’ appetite for the food.

Demand for non-recalled eggs is up, and customers continue to gobble up the safe ones, restaurants and retailers say.

At eight Yours Truly Restaurants, orders for the two most popular egg dishes, the Sunrise Breakfast and the Signature Omelets, are “just as good as if not better than before” the recall, President Larry Shibley said.
