Award-winning, Verity recording artist, producer, songwriter and actor Deitrick Haddon plans on taking his fans on a trip to outer space as he announces his “Church on the Moon Tour”, which will hit 31 cities across North America. Kicking off July 13 in Indianapolis, Deitrick will be joined by Canton Jones and will be making stops at concert halls and churches concluding on September 17 in Atlanta. Tickets for the tour will go on sale June 8th and be available via ticketmaster.com.
A soul-stirring, energetic performer, and one of the most fashionable, eclectic, artists to ever hit the gospel scene, Deitrick Haddon promises fans an amazing time as he will perform his hits new and old. In addition to past favorites including “Love Him Like I Do,” “He’s Able,” and “Sinner’s Prayer”, fans can also expect to hear songs off the newly released album, Church on the Moon, including “Well Done”, the hit single that has spent the last 33 weeks in the top 5 on the Billboard Gospel Singles chart. “There’s so much sadness and craziness going on… I want to take you somewhere else for a while,” says Haddon.
Since debuting at #1 on Billboard’s Gospel Albums Chart in January 2011, CHURCH ON THE MOON has remained in the top 10 and praise for the modern gospel effort continues to pour in:
