Central City Productions, Inc. chairman and chief executive officer, Don Jackson, announced today that the Stellar Awards second-round ballots would be available for general public voting online at powered by Gospel Music Spot, until October 17, 2011, for the upcoming 27th Annual Stellar Awards.

“We are continuously learning and expanding to advance the Stellar Awards voting process,” Jackson said of the voting process.

The Gospel Musicspot ( is the Web Partner for the Stellar Award voting.  As a free social networking website, created for the gospel and Christian community, it is a site where men, women and children regardless of age, ethnicity or social background can come together to promote spiritual growth and things of a positive nature.

Public Fan Favorite voting for the Gospel Announcer of the Year and Internet Radio Station of the Year will be available online from October 29, 2011 through November 15, 2011 at powered by Gospel Music Spot.

The 27th Annual Stellar Awards will return to The Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville , TN on Saturday, January 14, 2012.

Founded in 1970 the Stellar Awards are the first Gospel Music Awards in the country honoring Gospel Music Artists, writers, and industry professionals for their contributions to the Gospel Music Industry.
