A Mentor ambulance was involved in a crash on Route 615 Monday.
The fire department said that three vehicles, including the EMS vehicle were involved on the bridge over the railroad tracks.
Route 615 is expected to be closed in both directions for at least an hour.
A worker nearby said that a pickup truck hit the ambulance.
Several fire departments are at the scene of the crash.
