JPMorgan Chase reported Monday it will hire 120 people in Cleveland the next two months to work in mortgage operations and at consumer bank branches.

Chase has expanded its workforce by more than 13,000 employees nationwide so far this year, and is particularly targeting military veterans transitioning back to civilian life.

Chase and 10 other companies launched the “100,000 Jobs Mission” earlier this year, which is a commitment to hire 100,000 veterans by 2020.

Chase will hold a job fair Thursday at its mortgage operations center to interview specifically for 60 new positions at the center. It will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the M.K. Ferguson building, 1500 W. Third Street in Cleveland.

Positions available through the job fair include mortgage loan closers and processors, and management positions for the operations center. You can see all positions by clicking this link: Chase careers website .

In addition, there are 60 other positions open in consumer banking at various Cleveland Chase Bank branches. Those positions can be applied for online.

In Ohio, Chase operates 289 bank branches and employs more than 20,000 people.
