James beat out Cavaliers teammate Mo Williams and Browns offensive tackle Joe Thomas for the award, which was handed out as part of the GCSC’s annual banquet Wednesday night.
The event, emceed by former Buckeyes quarterback Kirk Herbstreit, unfolded in a sold-out ballroom at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
