Sources close to the case say Hamilton told rescue crews she filled a bathtub with water and the child screamed when she got in because it was too hot.
According to Cuyahoga County social workers, they had a “long history” of working with and investigating Tyesha Hamilton. She has been investigated in the past for neglect, not abuse.
