Dannon must pay consumers up to $45 million in damages for falsely advertising the health benefits of its yogurt, under the terms of a class action settlement reached Tuesday in federal court in Cleveland.
Cleveland lawyers John Climaco and Frank Piscitelli Jr. teamed with attorneys from California and Florida to win the settlement, which was approved by U.S. District Judge Dan Polster.
