Ohio: Teen Protection Orders Given Green Light

Petere Sikora, president of the Association of Juvenile Judges, says protection orders hold over the heads of defendants more severe punishment.
“If they violate the court order, they could be put in the detention center. It could certainly go a long way in determining what their sentence might be on any prior court involvements,” Judge Sikora said.
