1,000 Teens In Cuyahoga County Apply For Summer Jobs

Officials hope to hire 1,200 teens between the ages of 14 to 18 for four- to six-week summer jobs in clerical, health care, maintenance, retail and recreation positions, said Craig Dorn, the group’s vice president.
“For a lot of these kids, it will be their first work experience and they get a chance to learn about what it is like to have a job and the responsibility it requires,” Dorn said.
