Drivers watch out. If you don’t like those traffic cameras, too bad because you might start seeing even more flashes.

The contract for the company who runs the camera for the city is running out but the Cleveland’s Safety Director says since their inception, the number of accidents have declined.

“If I look at the number of accidents for the last five years they’ve continued to decline. We could set the threshold for five miles over the speed limit you get a ticket. We’ve set the threshold in my mind pretty high. You have to be traveling 11 miles over the speed limit or more to get a ticket,” said Martin Flask.
