Up-Date: Missing 4-Year-Old Found, Safe
Police say they have located a missing 4-year-old boy. Raevon Ruffin was found alive at a house in East Cleveland just before 9 a.m.
The boy had last been seen near his home on West 95th street just before 8 p.m. Monday night. Early Tuesday morning an Amber Alert was issued.
