Cleveland Clinic is seeking to hire approximately 600 registered nurses at a career fair March 28-30 at Cleveland Browns Stadium.

The Stanley Shalom Zielony Institute for Nursing Excellence organized the event, Nursing Now at Cleveland Clinic, to bring new nursing caregivers to Cleveland Clinic, filling vacant positions and proactively preparing for the changing landscape of the healthcare industry.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for qualified nurses to complete the hiring process in one day and walk away with a nursing job at a renowned organization,” said Executive Chief Nursing Officer Sarah Sinclair, MBA, BSN, RN, FACHE. “As a Cleveland Clinic patient, you can expect to receive the best care, from the best nurses. Nursing Now at Cleveland Clinic presents the opportunity to welcome new talent into our organization, further enhancing our ability to provide extraordinary nursing care.”

In a one-stop shopping experience, nursing candidates can apply for up to three different positions within the health system, completing every phase of the new hire process at the event. The intention is to present 600 contingent offers to well-qualified candidates by the event’s close.

The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 28 and 29, and from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 30. Qualified candidates will be required to take a physical capability examination so applicants should wear appropriate workout clothing and footwear.

In addition to potentially walking away with a job offer, attendees will enjoy fun, food, entertainment, and education, with the opportunity to pursue continuing education (CE) credits.
