The Cleveland Browns have you covered as the Road to the 2012 NFL Draft ends with this week’s annual selection meeting in New York City.
The Cleveland Browns have partnered with various media outlets to keep their fans updated with the latest news, information and analysis regarding the 2012 NFL Draft, which takes place this week from Thursday, April 26 through Saturday, April 28 at New York City’s famed Radio City Music Hall.
First, through its PNC Bank Browns Radio Network Coverage, the Browns will have 18 hours of radio coverage Thursday-Saturday from Berea, Cleveland Browns Stadium and New York City. Fans will hear interviews with Browns executives, exclusive interviews with the picks, alumni and analysis from the broadcast team.
Cleveland Browns Daily, the team’s daily radio program, will be live in New York City on Wednesday and Thursday and back in Berea Friday to speak to all the newsmakers.
WKYC/TV-3 will have a Live Draft Preview show from Berea on Thursday from 7-8 p.m. ET. The Browns’ radio voice, Jim Donovan, will serve as the host and will have guests on the show, including Browns general manager, Tom Heckert.
ClevelandBrowns.com will feature live chats with senior editor Vic Carucci and Donovan, blogs, live radio streams, live and archived press conferences and conference calls with every draft pick, nightly video reports, breaking news and exclusive photos.
A new feature on team’s official Mobile App will allow fans to track the draft and the I-Pad app allows fans to view all the content in a table-based format.
On Thursday, the team will open up Cleveland Browns Stadium for their annual Draft Party from 6-11 p.m. ET. The event, which is free for all fans, features a locker room sale, Browns locker room tours and alumni autographs from Dave Wohlabaugh, John Thierry and Frank Stams at Heritage Hall. Kevin Mack and Hanford Dixon will be greeting fans at a special Browns Backers Worldwide area.
