Crews spent the early morning hours Tuesday cleaning up a water main break in Parma Heights near Cuyahoga Community College’s western campus.
It happened on York Road near the intersection of Independence Boulevard.
North and southbound of York Road was closed between Independence Boulevard to Meadowbrook Drive for some time as crews worked to fix the problem.
No word on what caused the break.
At 3:18 A.M. two northbound lanes and one southbound lane of York road reopened.
