The entire project showcases the many musical talents of Soul Tempo as a group along with their individual testimonies on every song.

Trust In God is produced by Chris “Big Dog” Davis and includes the songs, ‘Warm Embrace’, ‘He Did It’, ‘Almost Home’, ‘Keep Your Head Up’, ‘Lean On Me’, ‘Father Alone’, the title cut ‘Trust In God’ and more.

Every song was written by, Soul Tempo and Chris “Big Dog” Davis and has their own message and musical tempo.

‘Warm Embrace’ begins with a beautiful piano intro and speaks of how we need God’s hand and embrace to keep us through it all.  ‘He Did it’ has a contemporary upbeat musical track reminding believers of the price that Christ paid.

‘Father Alone’ is a harmonious and traditional song reminiscent of the group’s rendition of the Lord’s Prayer from the Preacher’s Wife Movie. The radio single, ‘Trust in God’ is comprised of a strong lead vocal, harmonious background and a consistent hook and groove. Soul Tempo’s mature sound is a great match for the R&B flavored music track.

The group has experienced many milestones leading up to the release of “Trust In God” and are excited about all that God has planned for their musical career. In celebration of the new release, Soul Tempo will perform on September 9th in Wilmington, DE for one of many CD Release Parties planned during their release week.

On September 9th, The “Praise Party” CD Release event will be sponsored by Sisters On A Mission and will be held at Celebrations on the Market, 340 South Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, from 4pm-7pm.
