Wess Morgan Recovery Fest 2012 will be hosted by Pastors Joseph and Yolanda Morgan, the parents of Wess Morgan, who were highly instrumental in his personal recovery process. The event will be held at Celebration of Life Church in Hendersonville, TN (15 miles outside of Nashville).
Wess Morgan’s story of total deliverance from drugs is quite remarkable. When he was a teen, he began using drugs and drinking alcohol, which quickly turned to him abusing both substances.
The abuse resulted in repeated jail sentences along with time spent in recovery centers away from home, family and friends. Although many had given up on Wess, his family and close friends held on to their faith in God that he would be delivered from a grim life filled with so many uncertainties.
“After what I went through for 15 years, momma, daddy, wife, children, nothing could break the bondage. The power was in my worship and the choice to do it. There’s nothing worse than having an issue that drives you to behave out of character, so on this weekend we will come together and celebrate our freedom.”-Wess Morgan
