Mama Luke: Tell-A-Friend” Television Special is the first time Hip-Hop rallied together in this way to fight a disease on television. Not a telethon, the “Tell-A-Friend” features an inspirational story from a breast cancer survivor along with a stellar lineup of performances including Dres (Black Sheep), Greg Nice (Nice & Smooth), Erick Sermon (EPMD), Doitall (Lords of the Underground), Rapper’s Delight (formerly known as Sugarhill Gang), Kangol Kid (U.T.F.O.), Dinco D (Leaders of the New School),Roxanne Shantè, Dana Dane, Fearless Four, Freedom Williams (C&C Music Factory), and Vinnie of Naughty by Nature.
