This past Sunday Rev. Creflo Dollar of World Changers International Church in College Park asked his congregation to donate money to the family of Gregory McDowell, a member of that church that was slain last week.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Rev. Dollar said, “The goal is $234,000. We want to completely eradicate all debts in their lives; house, cars, everything. Let’s now show the world the power of a megachurch. It’s enough to have somebody torn away from you,” he said. “And at the same time have to be worried about all of the debts.”
