“For Richer or Poorer,” a TV series that filmed in Wilmington this fall, will premiere on the family-friendly GMC network (formerly the Gospel Music Channel) on Saturday night.
The six-episode series, which stars Rockmond Dunbar (“Sons of Anarchy”) and two-time Grammy Award-winning R&B singer LeToya Luckett (formerly of Destiny’s Child), is a continuation of several wedding-vow-themed productions that have aired on the network this year.
The first episode kicks off at 9 p.m.
Angell Conwell (“The Young and the Restless”), Carl Anthony Payne (“Martin”), Clifton Powell (“Friday”) and Jackée Harry (“Sister, Sister”) round out the supporting cast, while “The Voice” competitor and gospel singer Anthony Evans, also makes an appearance.
