For many A-list celebrities, it must seem like life is a circus.
However, for singer/actress Jennifer Hudson on Sunday, she swapped her Hollywood lifestyle for a real circus as she enjoyed a fun night out with her son.
The Dreamgirls star, 31, treated her three-year-old son David Jr. to see the clowns, acrobats and clowns in Long Island, New York on St Patrick’s Day.

The wrestler, 32, stars alongside Halle Berry and Michael Imperioli in the crime thriller, which was released in the US on Friday.
Little David’s night at the circus came after he enjoyed a trip to the ice cream parlour on Friday night.
Proud Jennifer posted an Instagram photo of her and her son enjoying their sweet treat.
She wrote: ‘I had the hottest date last night ! He was sooo cute ! Even took me out for ice cream.’
