Gospel Hitmaker Troy Sneed has been very busy, traveling, singing and interviewing with various media across the country.

In a recent interview with Tekoa Gospel Music News, Troy shared a few things, his fans may not know about him, from college days at FAMU to Disney cartoons.

Sneed spoke with Tekoa Gospel News reporter, Bianca Woodard that he is currently working on a new project and radio single.  The new radio single “So Amazing” will be serviced by mid-summer 2013.

In addition to creating new music, Troy also opened up about his football scholarship to FAMU and how a football injury and an interesting conversation with God pushed him closer to music ministry.

For those who were unaware, Sneed has been inspired by artists of various genres including, Luther Vandross, The O’Jays, Earth Wind & Fire, The Isley Brothers, DeBarge, Chicago, Andre Crouch, Milton Brunson, Shania Twain, Toby Keith and more.

Yes, Troy has performed on many stages, but surprisingly, he tends to quite often get stage fright and oves to watch Disney Cartoon movies, Court TV, CNN, HLN and Sports center during his free time.

Sneed is currently on the “All Is Well” tour and he encouraged upcoming artists to also tour in secondary markets, because they are just as important as the major markets.
