INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 large onion, peeled and sliced
2 very thin minute steak, weighing 4 ounces each
salt
freshly ground black pepper
ciabatta roll or baguette, or your preferred bread, toasted
2 Tbsp butter, softened
2 Tbsp yellow mustard

DIRECTIONS
Place a skillet on the stove and add half the oil along with the onions. Pan-fry on high heat until golden brown and a bit crispy around the edges, 10 minutes.
