What’s wrong with going vegan, ditching the meat and dairy in your

diet, in exchange for a healthier lifestyle? Apparently, a whole lot—at

least, in the minds of those who criticized Christian reality TV star and

author, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, once she went public about it.“I became a vegan and I was getting bullied a lot on Twitter,” she said

during a sit-down interview, discussing her reasons for partnering with

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).Ironically, PETA, which, she said, came to her rescue, has a notorious

reputation for bullying others who don’t support their worldview. “Peta

reached out to me and they said, ‘Girl, we gotcho back,” Mowry-

Hardrict says.
