It was a song about prayer, not sex, so what was everybody’s problem? This is something VH1’s Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kandi Burruss, is still trying to figure out months after the brouhaha over her gospel collaboration with Marvin Sapp has died down.
“I just felt like, okay, I didn’t get that much backlash when, yyou know, they showed us talking about the [sex] toy products [on the show],” Burruss noted in a “Lift Every Voice” interview that aired on BET Sunday, June 23.
