The Cleveland Tall Ships Festival 2013 gets underway for the July 4-July 7 weekend. Ten or 12 replica ships will dock at the Port of Cleveland for four days.
The festival is presented by The Rotary Club of Cleveland.
It all begins with the Parade of Sail at 4 p.m. July 3 at Voinovich Park in the Cleveland Harbor. The public is invited to view the spectacular entry of the Tall Ships under full sail at Cleveland’s Harbor free of charge.
The Festival, beginning July 4, 2013 will take place at the Port of Cleveland, behind FirstEnergy Stadium: Home of the Cleveland Browns.
Friday, July 5 is Port of Cleveland Day and all Military service men and women in uniform will be allowed into the site “free of charge” or with a military I.D.
