19 Action News can now confirm the identity of the second victim in the East Cleveland murders.
She is Shetisha Sheeley. Her body was found inside a garage at Hayden and Shaw Avenues on Friday. 19 Action News learned her identity on Monday night, but decided not to reveal it at that time out of respect for her family.
Police are expected to confirm this second identity later today. An 11:45 a.m. news conference is planned by East Cleveland Police.
