National Night Out is an initiative for communities to come together and take a stand against crime in their neighborhoods.
A number of areas in northeast Ohio will be having events Tuesday night:
Painesville: 6-8:30 p.m. at Veterans Park, combined with the classic car show
Solon: 5-9 p.m. at the Solon Community Center
Cleveland: Main event from 5 – 9 p.m. at the former Forest Hills Parkway Elementary School on E. 110th & Dundee Ave.
Neighborhood locations from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
· 1st District – Cudell Commons, 1810 West Boulevard
· 2nd District – Steelyard Commons, I-71/Jennings Freeway
· 3rd District – Fatima Family Center, 6600 Lexington Avenue
· 4th District – E. 65th & Fullerton Avenue
