Terrell Owens has been making headlines for much more than his football career for the past three years and now the former NFL star is recruiting spiritual coach Iyanla Vanzant to help fix his life.
Owens recently took to Twitter to reveal that he would participate in “Iyanla: Fix My Life” on media maven Oprah Winfrey‘s OWN Network. The veteran wideout alluded to the fact that Vanzant was helping him figure out who he is.
“Been an emotional yet insightful day. After 39 yrs I’m learning who Terrell Owens really is (SIC),” Owens tweeted recently. “All this time I thought I knew. @IyanlaVanzant.”
Owens did not expect the past three years of his life to be such a whirlwind and although he has not played in a regular NFL season game since 2010, the 39-year-old wideout has been vocal about his faith in God getting him to and through his next chapter.
