We wanted to know how clean school cafeterias are in Cuyahoga County, so we requested hundreds of inspection reports from the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
Twice a year, the Cuyahoga County Board of Health inspects school cafeterias.
We asked for reports going back at least two years for seven school districts — Solon, Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, Parma, Lakewood, Westlake and North Royalton.
The County Health Department says for the most part schools in Cuyahoga County get an “A.”
