Lakewood police confirm that there is a broken water main on Lakewood Heights Blvd. and Alger Road.
The break happened around 2:30 a.m. Friday morning, but by 3:30 a.m., crews had shut the water off.
The Lakewood Water Department is on the scene and working to repair the break.
According to police, Warren Road to Alger Road is closed. Drivers will have to find another way to reach I-90.
