A spokeswoman for the Euclid City Schools says parents have been alerted about a string of attempted abductions.

A spokeswoman says the incidents happened off school property and after school hours.

Parents received an automated phone call from the district regarding the incidents.

Police are investigating. The department says it is looking into three incidents of criminal child enticement between September 3 and September 26.

The police say the suspect targeted both boys and girls ranging from grade school to middle school age.
