East Cleveland voters have re-elected Mayor Gary Norton, Jr.
Voters in that city headed to the polls today to vote in the Democratic primary election.
The results are unofficial; but with all 18 precincts reporting, Mayor Norton received 1,385 votes; City Council President Joy Jordan received 563 votes; and Vernon Robinson had 151 votes.
Mayor Norton will begin a new, four-year term in January because there are no Republicans filed to run in November’s general election.
