City officials say the Cleveland Municipal Parking Lot will open at
12:00 p.m. Thursday for tailgaters.

The Cleveland Browns will take on the Buffalo Bills Thursday night at FirstEnergy Stadium.

Officials with the Department of Public Works say tailgating in the lot before 12:00 p.m. will not be permitted. Vehicles will be permitted through the eastern portion of the lot before 5:30 p.m.

After 5:30 p.m., vehicles will be permitted in both portions of the lot.

Tailgaters will not be permitted to leave and return or move their vehicles from the east lot to the west lot.

The Willard Parking Garage will open for special event parking at 5:00 p.m.

With rain in the forecast for Thursday, the Cleveland Browns want to remind fans that umbrellas are not permitted in the stadium.

Kickoff is at 8:25 p.m.
